The first thing you’ll need to do for all orders (initial fill) is submit this order intake form.
Next, please give us a call, and we’ll do the following over the phone:
- Inform you of the cost of your medications
- Collect your credit card information
- Finalize the date that your order will ship or be picked up
- Answer any questions you may have
If you’re using an insurance plan to help pay for your medication, you’ll need to have your insurance card ready.
